Hi, I'm Annie and I love food!

My roots are grounded in New England, Go Red Sox! I did lots of restaurant work and catering in the Northern parts, near the banks of Lake Winnipesaukee and the foothills of the White Mountains. I moved South in the early 90s to get my Food Science degree at North Carolina State University in Raleigh, NC. Home of the best barbecue ever; Its wicked good. My degree and I then moved just a little north of the Mason Dixon line to Pennsylvania where I have been working in Research and Development. My goal is to share all I've learned about cooking and presenting beautiful and tasty foods. I hope you enjoy looking around.
