  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 diced medium purple onion
  • ¼ tsp minced garlic
  • tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp oregano
  • ¾ tsp crushed pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • Dash ground black pepper
  • Dash hot pepper sauce
  • cup milk
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • ½ cup Panko bread crumbs


  • Preheat oven to 400℉, line sheet pan with parchment paper, and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, mix ground beef with diced onion, spices, hot pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Add milk, parmesan cheese, and panko bread crumbs until well mixed.
  • Scoop into 1½" meatballs spacing 1" apart on sheet pan.
  • Bake for 25 minutes or until inside is grey (Don't be fooled by the purple onions).
