Instructions
Add semisweet chocolate chips to a microwaveable bowl and heat for 45 second increments until melted and smooth.
Spread melted semisweet chocolate into 9" by 12" pan with parchment.
Place semisweet chocolate layer in refrigerator to set, about 15 minutes.
Heat white chocolate for 45 second increments until melted and smooth.
Add vanilla extract to white chocolate.
Remove the semisweet chocolate layer from refrigerator and spread white chocolate over top.
Top with crumbled candy canes.
Let chocolate harden in refrigerator for 30 minutes or so.
Break apart into pieces.
